How's it goin', guys?

Heeeeelooooooo everybody! 

So a new story is bouncing around my brain, and it's been there for about a year, whispering to be written. So, I'm writing it. :)

I'm super excited about the story and it holds a very special place in my heart. I don't want to rush writing it because I feel it has the potential to hold a great deal of emotion and pack a really powerful punch. Those are my hopes and dreams for it, anyway. 

BUT, I'm also working on the final installment of The Corporation Series, so I will be happily busy, once again. AND I'm working on a special something for you guys for the Fourth of July. Are you excited, cuz I certainly am!

New release date for OUTCAST

Hello my lovelies! I hate to be the bearer of somewhat bad news, but OUTCAST has been delayed, but by only a few days. Instead of it being released May 1st, it will be released May 6th. We needed just a few more days to get the formatting just right.

Happy Easter!

Easter is a great time of year.

Easter means that spring is here and summer is close at hand.

Easter means the days are getting longer so there’s more daylight to play in (think 10 p.m., here).

Easter means a great meal and an excuse to make fancy desserts (this year it’s Paris brest and Briton French butter cake).

Easter means that the Cadbury mini chocolate eggs are FINALLY HERE!

But most importantly, Easter means forgiveness of our sins. It means that my Lord and Savior rose from the dead so that I could have eternal life in Him. It is a humble reminder of how much Jesus loves me. How much he loves ALL OF US. 

So remember that Easter is more than nice weather, longer days, and amazing food and candy. It’s about the ultimate example of love and forgiveness.

Happy Easter and I hope you get to spend it with those you love and care about.

Yes, they have the wrong title on the cover (totally my fault), but THEY'RE HERE! I was so stinking excited that I literally ripped the box open to get to them.

I decided to do a matte cover and am so glad I did. I think they look amazing. If you're waiting on your proof, Beta readers, they'll be going out in the mail TOMORROW!

More blogging, yay!

I'm going to resurrect the blog! I've been so busy (yeah, yeah, RaeLynn, we hear that all the time) in life and over on fb and insta, that I'm pretty much neglected my blog.

That's my bad. Shame on me to the nth degree. BUT! I've seen the light and really want to get back into it, so I'm going to. I will be reading and reviewing more books and just stopping in to say hi more often.

I don't know if you saw on Instagram or Facebook last night, but it was the best night in a long time (writing wise). I finished my final edits of Book 2 in The Corporation Series! Huzzah! That means more Ethan and Karis are on their way. I spent a good while sending out ARCs to my awesome Beta Readers and setting up the release date. Wanna know when it is?

I love you guys

You know what the best part about being a writer is? The amazing fans. I'm not even joking. You guys keep me writing. And although it took me about two years to finally finish writing OUTCAST, you all stuck with me and shared your love and your questions and your support. For that, THANK YOU! I couldn't have done any of this with out you. 

Now, down to the nitty-gritty. I. have. finished. book. two. For realz, guys. I wrote the last scene last night and celebrated with a nice bowl of ice cream. 

"So," you ask, "when is OUTCAST going to be available to buy?" Soon, my pretties, very soon. I need to do final edits and then hand out and get back from my beta readers. Which reminds me, if you're my beta reader, keep an eye out for an email from me in the near future.
